An124 airborne just now out of SNN. Impressive the amount of spray he kicked up on departure.

A lot of holding at dub due to a large number of inbound planes (had 5 futile attempts to posts a screenshot, I'm not trying again)

What's going on with all the holding? Also, EI7T9 from Bilbao (in the IRFU colours) just had a go around.

Hope I'm in the right area for speculations

Just checking FR4845 Bergamo to Dublin, looks to me like the outbound plane fr4844 was diverted to PMF but I can't see any reasons for it or if it will be ongoing to BGY ( hoping to get the lad home from a school trip sometime  )

Anybody able to interpret whats going on from what they can see?

One runway and lots of planes arriving at the same time (having two runways wouldn't solve this is issue either by the way, it would reduce it it wouldn't solve it).

I can't say that I've ever heard of this type of Antonov before.

The aircraft your concerned about is enroute to Bergamo now ETA 2221.

Should leave for Dublin at 2300,arriving around 0105 as per FR336.

All times above are Irish time to avoid confusion.

    Hope this helps!

    Michael.

Considering that they have the majority of the traffic that goes in and out there its not that surprising.

Cathay Pacifics flight from Boston to Hong Kong CPA811 appears to have had two aborted take offs, one on 15R and one on 33L at 0832

And she's off third attempt, I'd say they weren't aborted as usually after aborts there's brake cool down periods. I guess the wind just kept swinging on them and runway length for that 14hr 20min flight is tight fully fueled

The EI385/387 issue has partly resolved itself, most flights show as they should now.

FUE-MAN was flying north towards MAN when I looked.

Out in the ocean its a low coverage area and sometimes the plane appears to be flying the opposite direction. I've seen it before.

Also sometimes FR24 can mix up the destinations. Not valid in this case, but sometimes I see a Stobart flight saying GLA-DUB taking off from DUB. I even mistook it as a go-around once.
