i hate there cars but their assembly lines and maintenance structure was quite amazing. .
That's where the "best built cars in the works" line came from, from a MIT study about production systems 20 years ago that Toyota Ireland deliberately took out of context and used it as a tag line to sell cars to culchies

This was an engine building plant so i didn't have to look at the awful cars thank god
They had very cool sectioned models of all the engines on display, right back to the 4e-fe!0 -

Was talking to a parts guy in JKC BMW today, they have a 2005 760 in for repair under the customers own warranty. It needs a whole new engine, 6 litre V12; warranty company is paying out.
Who wants to guess how much its costing, just for the engine (converted to euro from stg, VAT inclusive)?

I remember the car alright. Pity u couldn't slow down, we could have had a Octavia Tdi vs 159 with knackered clutch challenge.
