    I'm voting "YO".

    Don't want to be seen to be in with the puffs but also don't see why they shouldn't be treated equally under the law.

    Those "no" posters on lamp posts are telling lies too.

    If 2 women get married and adopt a child they will have equal rights as legal guardians.

    If 2 women get married and have a child using donar sperm then the biological mother will have more rights as a parent. - This is what relates to your case, not gay men being fathers.

    Either way, this is not what the referendum is about!

    I'd still say a legal minefield. .hard to know. No doubt the government will have overlooked many things and make a total fook of things as always..

    Didnt the state make it clear that adoptions would not be granted to same-sex couples awhile back? Surrogacy laws. Do we have those?
