    Might I ask if you'd had a goal in mind for your squat for year end coming into January or was it a case of "let's see where we can go"?

    I started off doing front squats as I found them easier mobility wise, but real difference was that I started doing lower mobility every gym session = comfortable squat = squat more. Don't really have a goal, just to work on mobility and gradually increase the weight.

    But main reason squat and OHP has increased so rapidly = weight gain + possibly creatine
