EI339 SXF-DUB looks like it's off to BFS also.

And the Cargo flight that goes from EMA-DUB.

    What will FR4845 do?

He is just less then 40 mins out from DUB so I'd say unless they get the runway issue solved whatever that is... He will be off to SNN too.

Or BFS, (or do they not divert to there)?

Nothing to stop him that I'd be aware of, however I have just noticed a trend in FR diverts that seem to favour SNN, although I haven't been counting just my impression.

Maybe the diversions are an April fools day joke?

-"Dear passengers, welcome to Dublin (Shannon) airport!"

Interesting, no sign of the runway opening according to ATC. The FR looking for their ops to make a call as regards divert to SNN or BFS. Defo not landing at DUB though.

    Edit : SNN prefared divert.

    Lower fees at SNN :)

Better facilities anyway. Plus FR use SNN but have no presence in BFS so maybe that and other factors. Fuel maybe cheaper also.

Also possible immigration issues for some pax on board. Some may not be allowed into the UK.

What would happen in that case?

What will NPT420 (BHX-DUB) cargo flight do? Will it land there?

Fire equipment surrounding an FR that looked to be holding short of 28.. everything stopped air traffic wise on the ramp..

Informed its a wingtip collision with a business jet.

Looks like Stobart are flying-around more empty seats. Positioning to Donegal?

    http://fr24.com/STK100P/5e4650b

On the Dublin board as 'Aer Arann RE100' departed 07:18

Presumably will turn-around and operate the 07:55 back to Dublin!

Aha... EIN3408 Dublin to Donegal last night was cancelled, so no aircraft on-site to operate the first flight out this morning.

Poor DUB. Never rains but it poors - and on April Fools too. Sounded very busy out there this morn. Lots of shunting people around to clear the way.
