Oil type 10w 40 recommended 0w 20 in it

I have a 99 Honda accord 2.0. As far as I can tell the recommended oil is 10 40 however there is sticker on engine that says 0 20 was put in last time. Should I put in 0 20 again or just go back to 10 40. Quick answers be appreciated as I standing out at car now about to drain and put in some 10 40.

Probably too late, but 5w-30 would have been my choice. Kinda pointless saying this though if you have 10w-40 already bought/put in.

The specs of the engine specify fully synthetic oil to be used but its a Honda at the end of the day 10w 40 will do no harm I have often used it when stuck, even though its semi synthetic.
