Anyone else watching on channel 4?

People in US get interesting ads, we get ads for phone sex.

Watching on Game Pass, get US ads. They've been the highlight so far.

There was one where some employee spilled Coke in a datacenter and spread happiness over the world through the internet. If someone did that in our datacenter I'd smash their head in.

She's here to do to Katy Perry's career what she did to Gwen Stefani

The Seahawks very sore at the end there, starting scraps with 20 seconds to go.

    My day off begins.

Was up several times last night with the baba, was so tempted to declare today a religious holiday of some description.

Silly silly play call at the end there by Seattle, a bit like flinging a wild pass when the pack is just about to rumble over the line.

I've done a few multisport/adventure races but those Tough Mudder/H&B events have zero appeal. My bro-in-law keeps trying to get me to do one, but unless I'm doing basic training for the Marines I have no interest in diving into pools of muddy water in freezing weather. And I've no intention of joining the Marines!

The water was horrific. Ice was floating in it. I kept waking up all night last night because every time I turned over in my sleep, I leaned onto a new pain in my arms and legs. Crawling through various things destroyed my elbows and knees.

I may have learnt another piece of life advice; you shouldn't put mud soaked clothes into a washing machines, right? It will probably break it, right?

One of my mates was a Marshall, the guy in first had to actually break that ice when he got to it, saw a video. Looked bleak.

I did H&B last year, tbh for all the obstacles, pellet guns, Electric shocks etc, the stuff that really kills you is just the wind, the cold and running up and down that bloody hill.

Madness. Pete Carroll has come out and said they had a set pattern of pass for 2nd down and run it on 3rd and 4th. I can just about accept that (although I still think it's a no brainer to run it) but for Wilson to pass right into traffic on a 1 yard connection was crazy. He had to fire the ball like a bullet at his receiver and, from watching it a number of times, there was no guarantee that Lockette would have even caught it given it wasn't into his chest.

If you're 1 yard from a TD to win the Superbowl with 30 seconds on the clock and you have arguably the best running back in the league whose speciality is power running and yards after contact, it's a case of keep giving him the ball until he wins you the title.

I think that last night could have further ramifications than just the loss of the title for Seattle. Marshawn Lynch is a free agent this year and hasn't agreed to take their new contract offer. The failure to give him the ball in that situation may irk him as it probably denied him a Superbowl MVP also. Given they've a pretty average passing game, the loss of Lynch could lead to the beginning of the end of this side.

In the shade coming down that mountain was the only time I could muster the courage to pick up the pace! Feckin freezing

I had the exact same thought as that play went down. "No way in hell is he going to sign that new contract, I could have won them that and possibly taken MVP at the same time". But allegedly:

    Off Twitter:
"Marshawn Lynch asked if he's surprised he didn't get the football. Says "No." I ask him, Why not? Says, "Because football is a team sport.""

    Pretty classy response, if true.

Reminded me slightly of the bloody 9ers going for 4 consecutive pass plays when a few yards short of the goalline against the Ravens in the Superbowl a couple years ago.

    God that was stupid.
