Yeah, the weather isn't exactly great :pac:

Everyone goes on about BMW-Driver but to be honest, way more goes on on BMWHaus and pretty much everyone there is sound!

Yeah they're very helpful on that, it's how I'm getting all the diagnostics done on INPA.

Bit of a reset yeah but as i said over on the picture thread it made sense really cos this car is everything i was trying to turn the green one into, so it's less work in the long run, plus the father lives up in moanyhan so i have a place to stay but the green one will live on, I just have to decide as what, (in before "a pile of scrap")

It's far from a pile of scrap in fairness, its a pity that a couple of parts are calling it quits that puts it outside the reasonable fix position.
But this new car is great, no more fighting the green one!

Still can't believe your luck on that one!

    Yeah its a shame alright!

I can't either, the alloys haven't a mark on them, neither does the paint, the heating works, the sound is unreal, it's a wonderful place to be haha

Cannonball II is on TV yet again. Does anyone know where the original film can be watched in good quality online. It's great but the second is pure tripe

The 50's are on the front and 55's on the back. Looking at the car from the side, there looks to be a bit of a difference, the front looking better. Maybe that's also due to the front of the car being heavier than the rear.

50's and 55's doen't make much of a difference to ride quality. Once you go low profile like I had on a previous car 35's, would not recommend them. I had 45's as well and they were perfect. SuperGuirier reckons 40 is the sweet spot but I never drove a car on 40's.

Mine is 195/65/15 sure they look very small and there is too much rubber in terms of side wall. But they make the ride so smooth and tyres are so so so cheap its unreal. But if you want something that looks decent your normally looking at 17 inch alloys there probably the best compromise between everything.

17's are grand I've 225/45/17s on mine and i find it grand!

Also, I was looking for droplinks there and found a brand called swag, i found it amusing :P

Well the 35's I had were 215/35/18. Never again. ToastedPickles yours sound like a good combo /45/17.

That size is kinda the break even on comfort.

225/40/R18 arent too bad but 235/35/R19's are brutal

Sobanek, I recognized the top pic as a BMW straight away because of the eagle wing tail lights at the back, I guess you dont approve of the design?

Not at all! E65-prelift ugly in my opinion.

Yet the E38 has the potential to look like an eastern european drug dealers wheels of choice.

I find all 7 series to be a bit marmite but the best looking ones are the E32/38/66 for me.

I want good audio in the E38. I got teased with Mark Levinson stereo in a GS450h yesterday... Honestly, the Bang & Olufsen audio in the D3 A8 wasn't as good as this.

We always write "TEST" on samples.

Jan Kowalski is the equivalent of John Doe here :pac:

From what I read online - it's supposedly real and present in all 2013+ licences.

My point being the only example we have is from a specimen, not a real license
