    First post!

Old & new, both in the family. Audi TT mk 1 (225) and Audi TT mk 2 TTS.

Complete coincidence they're both the same colour. Not sure if we'll make it a hatrick with the mk 3 being released.

Last one. Must dig out a colour shot and other angles.

Likely my last Christmas with this. Paying 900 for six months road tax isn't conducive to saving for a house deposit. Goodbye youth. :(

It's frostier down here in Ros Comáin. White grass everywhere and a bit of visible ice on the driveway.

Yep, plenty of headroom for a duramax f350 with dual stacks whenever I get one :pac:

Well mine 4 cylinders of fury roared into life earlier after two days of ice / frost covering. So I took her for a we spin in the sunshine. Still of bit slippery in places along back roads though.

Anyone else think the mk1 is a nicer looking car?

900 Euro for six months of road tax?! Seriously? I've not lived in Ireland for a number of years and I remember road tax being a joke (well mostly the auld fella complaining about it), but is that seriously how much you have to pay? How big is the engine in that thing, improv?

Anything 3 litre or above, pre 2008, is €1809 a year. Anything in the highest CO2 bracket, post 2008 is €2350.

Split it up into quarterly payments and you pay 11% more on top of that.

Nah Voodoo, it's anything over 3 litre. 3 litre itself is 1494.

Was driving through the Blanch centre when I spotted a liquid yellow Clio 197 F1 so just had to stop by for a quick picture of the two together! :)

I really like them 197 clios. Blue is my favourite colour in them although the red looks well :) they are on the top of my cars to own list.

Liquid yellow is a great colour on both the Megané and Clio.
