    Good point actually .. Are you affiliated with the company?

    There are enough people complaining on this thread about the company, with the only positive being someone who was banned for pretending to be a customer when was actually involved with the company and now you!

    The company is blackening their own name by their poor customer services, terrible communication via email and Facebook and poor choice of products/suppliers. This thread isn't affecting their business THEY are affecting their business.

    I am currently awaiting the delivery of a purchase for just over five weeks from this particular website too. I have filled out their online feedback form, but got no response or acknowledgement. So I also sent an email to their generic email address on the site. I got a failed delivery back from a personal hotmail account. So I found the facebook page and sent a direct message too. That was ignored.

    I blame myself. I've had this issue before with other similar sites. You'd think I'd learn.

    I'd actually be fine with the delays - I hardly desperately need some cheap metal pipe wine cooler?? But it drives me nuts that they don't acknowledge or respond to any of my attempts to contact them.

    Just to follow up on my order. I raised the issue with Paypal this morning. The seller left a tracking number in his response, within the hour....I looked up the tracker number, and it shows my purchase was posted 5 days ago (about one month after order, and roughly when I started to complain by email) - so obviously they pay more interest in Paypal disputes than general polite enquiries. All I was looking for was an update!!

    Good aul PayPal strikes again! Its a reoccurring thing that the only successful method of communication with the company is via PayPal.

    Its a pity the "representative" that posted has gone AWOL, did he every get the clearance from boards as being legit?

    I would advise everyone to steer clear of this company. I ordered two steam mops in early June and despite customer service promising delivery with days on three separate occasions I have yet to receive the mops. The last email I received from the company indicated they had stopped using the supplier however within days the company had the very same mops back on offer due to phenomenal demand. The comments which I and many others have left on their Facebook page have been deleted and I am now unable to post comments to their page. I have filed a report with PayPal this morning to try and get somewhere as the company is impossible to deal with constantly fobbing you off.

    During the second week of June 2014, a family member asked would I purchase some form of a steam mop from I Want This Deal, so I did.

    It still hasn't arrived as of today (20/8/14). I have exchanged numerous emails with them at this stage and it genuinely feels like they're making excuses. It was shipped, it wasn't shipped, we don't have a tracking number, we will have the tracking number tomorrow, did you buy through the website, etc etc etc. I have gotten absolutely nowhere!

    €35 for the mop wasn't a crazy amount of money but surely this is just robbery?

    I just got a reply from your Freind asking me once again to supply my details after ignoring me for a few weeks, as i once again typed in my details and went to press send, guess what??... He blocked me!! He actually blocked me. I would love to hear your response and your defence on this shambles of a website.

    There are going to be alot of disappointed kids and parents on Wednesday evening when they still do not have their items.

    Some of the complaints are unbelievable though, I counted at least three posters complaining of non receipt of items ordered over four months ago. Unreal. <snip>

    From looking at their Facebook page, it seems as if very few people actually got their items in time for xmas, which they ordered months in advance. Disgraceful

    I've been keeping an eye on their fb page for the past few days as I am waiting on an order from the myself (thankfully not something I was depending on for xmas). Their carry on has been absolutely disgraceful. Up until yesterday morning they were still replying to a few queries and giving people false hope that their products would arrive. Then they began systematically deleting any critical or negative posts. Then when that got too time consuming, they just disabled posts to the page altogether. And finally, when people inundated their recent posts with comments, they just removed all posts dating back to the 9th of December.

    What this company have done is disgraceful, bordering on criminal in my opinion (sorry mods if I'm not allowed to say that). They have knowingly ruined christmas for a lot of people. If the CEO had the balls to just come out and admit that they were unable to fill the orders at least it might have given people a chance to make alternate arrangements but by making empty promises until yesterday morning, he ruined all chances of this. I feel very sorry for anyone waiting on santa presents from them and I know it's no real consolation but karma is a bìtch and I'm sure it'll come back to bite him in the arsè.

    I am having the same problem with the feckers.
    Bought a smartpad in mid November thinking have loads of time as it was suppose to be a Christmas present.
    Still not arrived.
    They refuse to reply via email and it takes them a week to reply to a facebook message ,ending up asking me for my email address i made the order with and saying it was dispatched. I replied back to them and still waiting for a reply 3 days later.

    They are the biggest joke of a company I have ever dealt with.
    All I want now is a refund and I will never deal with these shower of f@@kers again

    Did you pay by paypal Woops? If so, you should open a claim with them straight away. I think that's probably your best chance of getting a refund at this stage.

    Ok thanks for the advice all.
    I looked up my internet banking and my payment was made with my debit card to Iwantthisdeal paypal account.

    So I contacted paypal gave them my card number and the payment details on the certain date.
    Paypal has logged a case and sent this onto iwantthisdeal.

    if iwantthisdeal dont contact paypal back within 10 days paypal will automatically refund me.
    if iwantthisdeal does contact them then it may take longer but at least I am on the track to getting a refund or feedback at least.

    funnily enough it isnt about the money but more the ignorance and cheekiness by iwantthisdeal.

    they should be reported to whoever looks over online merchants
