    Hi Guys,

    I am wondering if anyone has experience buying from "Iwantthisdeal.ie www.iwantthisdeal.ie"

    I bought an item "Remy Hair Extensions In A Choice Of 16 Colours" on their site on the 15/feb/2014 I received a email saying payment was accepted and the item will be dispatched asap. I had no contact from them since, so I emailed and asked about the status I was told it was dispatched and should receive it in three days but they will send me on the tracking number, three days later no item and no tracking number. I emailed again and was told there was a delay and it has not been received by them from the supplier and to expect it in 2-5 days. I have waited about 15 days, as well as opening a dispute on Paypal with them and they have only replied to paypal once and sending me the same email in reply on my private email saying "2-5 days".

    I am getting very frustrated and starting to think this is a con site, they delay you until the time has passed that its too late to file a dispute with paypal and then you get stung. (luckily for me I spoke to a friend of mine about this and she told me about the time line on paypal, so I did it asap)

    Any one have a similar issue with this company?

    I bought on the site but the item is coming from cougar beauty products. I contacted them too, they just said "contact iwantthisdeal.ie". So stuck in a loop.

    if you have already filed a dispute then escalate it to a claim before it is too late.

    I have contacted customer care? As I said above they are fobbing me off with messages that it will be delivered in 2-5 that was three weeks ago. I am emailing them and also updating the paypal dispute, just to be clear I am speaking to customer care, paypal and also the company that iwantthisdeal is selling on behalf of.

    my sister got the make up brush set and a few other bits for christmas presents! there a legit company alright!

    Just to update- received product after waiting 35 days. Hair extensions matted with glue, bulk of hair ends at 12" inches and a tiny few strands extend to 18", full of Grey hair and mixedffibers and white foreign bodies throughout. Contacted company again, I have asked a hair dressers to have a look at the hair just to ensure its safe to use and if they can remove the glue. I have a wedding on the 5th of April that I was hoping to wear them for.

    Conclusion: stay far away from them! They use delay tactics and their products or suppliers are sub-standard!

    They might be legit but you are connected to this company . (dont worry ,I know)

    I see amcn1 has rightly being banned for pretending to be a satisfied customer of the site instead of the owner. If he/she had put half the effort into resolving their customer's complaints then this thread wouldn't exist.

    Martina if its still within the 45 days since you bought them and you paid via paypal go to the resolution center on paypal, I did and I got my money back!!

    Delighted acmn1 got banned!! :) my investigating skills paid off!! :)

    Unfortunately, I Want This Deal is on credit hold due to non payment of goods. 
    Please revert back to I Want This Deal for further information.

    I would advise that you claim a refund and reorder direct through us as we will honour the same price for hair.

    Now I don't know what to do, how do I claim my money back can anybody tell me please?

    I say order directly from Cougar but that being said I did get the hair EVENTUALLY and it was terrible... images below. Just be ware of that.

    I bought an e-cigarette of this web-site at the turn of the year. I think it took just over a week to arrive. I think the fact that you are calling this website <snip> is a joke considering you stated that you did receive your product (albeit in a terrible time frame) maybe they were just busy?? Or maybe its the supplier that is in fact the <snip>. All in all they're not <snip> and to call them one after you received your product is farcical.

    I only received my product after this thread was set up and AMCN or what ever it was started his BS posts back.

    I had to fight to get my refund back and I also contacted the supplier of the products who referred me back to Iwantthisdeal.ie and the supplier used very well chosen words when expressing their relatiomship and contact or lack of with Iwantthisdeal.ie

    They are sponsored by state owned start up schemes and as far as i know they don't work with<snip>. They also have a 100% safe record on Mc Afee <snip>.
    Sounds like there was a delay with your product you got angry, (understandable)you didn't like the quality of the product (not the companys fault) and lumped all the blame on Iwanthtisdeal. I have had incidents like this with huge companies like e-bay and amazon and i'm not going around creating threads in an attempt to ruin this companies name.
    In my opinion either had one isolated incident or you're working for a rival company with the aim of slandering this business which i think is shameful.
    Its hard enough starting a business in this day and age without people trying to bring you down with <snip> threads like this. I was happy with the service therefore its not <snip> and i'm sure there are lots of other people who feel the same otherwise they wouldn't be operating!! So stop throwing your toys out of the pram and get over yourself.
    This kind of stuff really bothers me.

    There are enough people complaining on this thread about the company, with the only positive being someone who was banned for pretending to be a customer when was actually involved with the company and now you!

    The company is blackening their own name by their poor customer services, terrible communication via email and Facebook and poor choice of products/suppliers. This thread isn't affecting their business THEY are affecting their business.

    I am currently awaiting the delivery of a purchase for just over five weeks from this particular website too. I have filled out their online feedback form, but got no response or acknowledgement. So I also sent an email to their generic email address on the site. I got a failed delivery back from a personal hotmail account. So I found the facebook page and sent a direct message too. That was ignored.

    I blame myself. I've had this issue before with other similar sites. You'd think I'd learn.

    I'd actually be fine with the delays - I hardly desperately need some cheap metal pipe wine cooler?? But it drives me nuts that they don't acknowledge or respond to any of my attempts to contact them.

    Just to follow up on my order. I raised the issue with Paypal this morning. The seller left a tracking number in his response, within the hour....I looked up the tracker number, and it shows my purchase was posted 5 days ago (about one month after order, and roughly when I started to complain by email) - so obviously they pay more interest in Paypal disputes than general polite enquiries. All I was looking for was an update!!

    Good aul PayPal strikes again! Its a reoccurring thing that the only successful method of communication with the company is via PayPal.

    Its a pity the "representative" that posted has gone AWOL, did he every get the clearance from boards as being legit?

    I would advise everyone to steer clear of this company. I ordered two steam mops in early June and despite customer service promising delivery with days on three separate occasions I have yet to receive the mops. The last email I received from the company indicated they had stopped using the supplier however within days the company had the very same mops back on offer due to phenomenal demand. The comments which I and many others have left on their Facebook page have been deleted and I am now unable to post comments to their page. I have filed a report with PayPal this morning to try and get somewhere as the company is impossible to deal with constantly fobbing you off.

    During the second week of June 2014, a family member asked would I purchase some form of a steam mop from I Want This Deal, so I did.

    It still hasn't arrived as of today (20/8/14). I have exchanged numerous emails with them at this stage and it genuinely feels like they're making excuses. It was shipped, it wasn't shipped, we don't have a tracking number, we will have the tracking number tomorrow, did you buy through the website, etc etc etc. I have gotten absolutely nowhere!

    €35 for the mop wasn't a crazy amount of money but surely this is just robbery?

    I just got a reply from your Freind asking me once again to supply my details after ignoring me for a few weeks, as i once again typed in my details and went to press send, guess what??... He blocked me!! He actually blocked me. I would love to hear your response and your defence on this shambles of a website.

    There are going to be alot of disappointed kids and parents on Wednesday evening when they still do not have their items.

    Some of the complaints are unbelievable though, I counted at least three posters complaining of non receipt of items ordered over four months ago. Unreal. <snip>
