Hey, I've been smoking for about a year and 2 months now, I wouldn't consider that a heavy smoker, I mostly smoke amber leaf (can't stand the cigarettes, it just feels awful), I smoke roughly 8-9 rollies a day and I don't smoke when I am hungover (because I immediately feel crap).

However - I tried quitting but can't, tried reducing but that didn't work, tried just stopping but didn't work too.

I am not sure why I smoke, I just do my things then get feeling - should have a smoke, guess body asks for nicotine.

Anyway, I would like to try electronic cigarettes as I hope they would help quit.

Browsing this forum I noticed people mentioning "making their own liquids for e-cigs" what is that exactly? How do you do it?

Can somebody also suggest me a good brand/type? I would like it to come with already made liquid + be able to make my own (based on how that works).

I see these brand stands around shopping centers called VIP but I don't trust them as for me - whoever pushes advertisement is usually crap because they need to promote heavily to get clients.

    Thanks.
