Why is taylor a doubt? His suspension is lifted for the next game.

Looking like some blocker transfers for me if tomorrows games go my way.

I'd prefer to sell Chambers and Aguero but looks like that won't be the case.

Aguero and Austin to Rooney and Bony.

    The other Taylor from Newcastle.
Assuming Aguero is out till next year a fit Dzeko will be a no brainer, Jovetic won't be playing up front alone, Dzeko will be playing every game unless his form is brutal. Yaya obviously becomes a very live prospect with penalties.

Doesn't update until Swansea play tomorrow. He hasn't officially served his suspension.

Yeah Jovetic is a secondary striker - Dzeko definitely on my watchlist now, just down to who to choose between Yaya and Dzeko. Yaya didn't actually look threatening today in an attacking sense but still manages a goal and 3 baps thanks to a dodgy peno

Was Yaya deep or off the front man today and how did mirallas play for anyone that saw the game.

A more in depth look leaves me with a strong 3-5-2 if I only replace Kun next week.

Chambers and Austin are not worth replacing.

I'm the same. Thinking Dzeko in if he plays midweek.

Was maybe going Bony to Costa this week anyway, so (hopefully) if Kun is crocked I'll get Costa in and have some sweet, sweet cash to spare.

I'm also thinking this but have concerns about Pelligrinis comments mentioning Dzeko's inability to play 80+ minutes today. But as you say if he plays midweek we needn't worry about that.

I think I'll do Fab to Hazard and Aguero to...someone? Dunno who yet. Either way, it should give me the funds to upgrade Chadli. I'll worry about getting Ageuro back in with the January wildcard, I think.

Depending on how things go on Monday night, I'm also strongly considering Aguero to Rooney and Eriksen to Yaya for a -4 which I could just about afford at current prices.

He is appealing alright but just wary of him only being back this week. Hard to see him play 90 x 2 in less than a week.

Lukaku at home to QPR on the Monday night will see a lot of love too I reckon

Will be keeping Austin - Boyd will be starting next GW, seems to be in a bit of form

Considering a 12 point hit this week, am I crazy ?

I suspect that nobody here can diagnose your level of craziness without first seeing how you plan to take the hit :D

    he looked very dangerous today
as he did last year for hull whenever he got game time that's why I signed him.
he is more than bench fodder. he is a viable option depending on opposition.
with the aguero injury im gonna do a bit of research to see of one of the cheaper strikers like Austin rotates with him and will load up on big hitters in midfield.
the big 3 up top of Rooney aguero costa did not go so well. they all missed a game more or less with injury or suspension.

Sanchez, Aguero, Chambers and Isgrove out for Yaya, Dzeko, Clichy and Eriksen.

Just did, aguero, fab and chamber s out for Cresswell, Costa and yaya, I know it is too early but was getting a pain in my head looking at it, finished till next weekend now 4 points hit

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 23,265 ✭✭✭✭extra gravy

That's exactly what I'm looking at.

Trying to avoid taking too many hits this season though...would it be more sensible just to get Costa and play Dummett away at Arsenal rather than taking a -4 for Yaya? Could get him in for the Palace game at home then.

Have you actually look at any of these players or just see big names and think they are good.

Yaya - Although i have him, did not look like scoring today at all - playing too deep - Silvia back soon probably better option.

Dzeko - isn't yet match fit, if he plays midweek, will he be able to last 90 mins for next weekend - who knows.

    Clichy - Rotation risk.

Eriken - hot and cold type of player, who knows if he'll keep his place in the team.

12 point hit to get the above would be crazy imo.

Also why would you want to get rid of Sanchez?

He also has the ACON, I'm hoping that the fact that he's on 4 will mean that he won't be rested until/if he's suspended.

    Re Yaya & Silva.
Silva isn't a player that I ever like having in my team. A great player but my god is he frustrating.
And if Kun is gone, then having Yaya on penos/more frees is very appealing. I don't actually mind that he plays deep, he played fairly deep last year.
