Well, I just used up the last of my vouchers and I'll be getting in about a bajillion percent of vitamins A-W (the vouchers didn't cover X, Y and Z) so I'll report back on the ill-effects in about 50 days or so.

    If I'm still alive, obvz.

    So, I'm still alive.

Piss is highlighter yellow alright. Think it's mostly down to the B2.

Sleep has been much better though, which is down to the magnesium.

As for the Omega 3 fish oil, Vitamin B-complex, potassium, zinc and D3...I don't know what they have done for me as of yet but I don't think I'm any closer to death's door.

Always found creatine blowed my arse out and bloated me up.

    That kinda affected my mood.
