Super High Intensity Training

i've just been reading up on it a bit. Seems like it could be the next big thing in fitness. It's backed up by some pretty sound theory. When done right it's supposed to knock the **** out of you like nothing else. Apparently you're not supposed to train that bodypart again for 3 weeks after it.
