    i've just been reading up on it a bit. Seems like it could be the next big thing in fitness.

    It's backed up by some pretty sound theory.

    When done right it's supposed to knock the **** out of you like nothing else. Apparently you're not supposed to train that bodypart again for 3 weeks after it.

    Well, this is what I could find;

    We start every Super High Intensity Training cycle with an up phase of nothing but total Concentric Rapid Accumulation Protocols for 3 weeks before a down multi phase of non stop Primary Aggresive Injury Neutralisation which is always to be expected after 3 weeks of Concentric Rapid Accumulation Protocols. The Primary Aggresive Injury Neutralisation is followed by a single week of nothing but Over Utilised Compensatoty Helix.

    Once that is finished we move onto the partner assisted work so you have to be totally ready to get your Compounding Oscilatory Concentric Kinematics out and and give your partners Assisted Reflexive Sympathetic Eccentrics an absolutely thorough working over.

    This is just about always followed by 3 weeks of Primary Aggresive Injury Neutralisation again depending how big the Compounding Oscilatory Concentric Kinematic was and how experienced your partners Assisted Reflexive Sympathetic Eccentric is.

    You don't even want to know where we go from there because most people can't even handle this Super High Intensity Training.

    I'd be very worried about anyone on this forum being my trainer given the description.

    You should go along to Tony Quinn and tell him about this revolutionary new regime. Maybe he'll let you promote S.H.I.T in conjunction with his sh1t.

    Apprently Super High Intensity Training is SO hardcore that the only way you can survive from workout to workout is by using Maximuscle's Complete Recovery Accelarator Product.

    I think Hanley is trying to kill his own thread

    What? Am I the only one interested in talking Super High Intensity Training? We haven't even gotten to Super High Intensity Training nutrition & supplementation yet!

    For those of you who are interested in knowing more, there is a single book available covering the basic principles of Energy Accumulation for Training, Super High Intensity Training AND Delivering Improvement Enhancement.

    Best of luck with your Super High Intensity Training everyone!
