Jeez, just say hey how are ya or whatever. If you're stuck on hello you'll be fcuked for the rest of the conversation. It's not a big deal. Just talk like she's an actual person and don't get hyped about banging or you'll get really weird, like now. (I do take it you're young.)

Roll on into it and be natural. Ask her out to something and don't drag the conversation on. Don't try to find jokes that aren't there. Don't linger. Don't try to be overly cool, that's how you look like a knob.
