The extent of the media coverage on this side of the Atlantic is excessive for a murder. The media pray on fear and seek to hike up the threat of ISIS while ignoring the tens of thousands killed by US bombs in the last 15 years.

Most of the mass shooters actually turn out to be mentally ill.

I wish people would see the wider point, rather than reacting to one single event that gets the headlines because it happened in a Western country and most likely to be a white person.

2 soldiers were attacked already this week near Montreal and one was killed, the killer was a radicalized convert to Islam.

That's 2 dead soldiers in 2 attacks on home soil in less than a week.
More than a "non-story" that's for sure
