DAA (D-Aspartic Acid ) dosage ?

Whats the normal dose on this guys ? My bottle says 4 caps a day (4000mg) isint that abit too much ? says " take 2 tablets 2 hours before training and 2 tablets before going to bed" Anyone use these before ?

Examine.com says 2000-3000 mg/day

ok nice one 2 caps before gym , and 1 after =3 perfect

used powdered DAA before - 3g a day (used bulkpowders.ie)
all taken before bed.
