I hate these late inactive decisions. I think it's the third game in a row I've an inactive cause I have to finalise my team Sunday morning.

Peterson & Cruz, my top two picks gone for the season and I'm 1-5 :( And CJ Spiller was a right fantasy bust

Doomed to relegation but doing the very best I can

At least Torrey Smith seems to have woken up at last in Week 6!

If only I was online when you sent that trade:-P

Yeah, I was willing to trade away Torrey Smith, I was sick of him :p

Looking for a WR in a trade.

I seem to have (in 16 team league terms) a wealth at Running Back.

Jerrick McKinnion available (started ahead of Asiata yesterday) or Ryan Matthews all reasonable offers listened to.

I have Julio Jones and Aj Green and I could let either go to improve my team. McKinnon and Mathews wouldn't be an improvement though.

I have Jordan Reed or Travis Kelce up for trade. Need a WR. Could also throw in Khiry Robinson, Reggie Wayne, John Brown or Allen Hurns in to get a better WR.

Trade accepted Jerrick Mckinnion for Kenan Allen.

I cut DeAndre Hopkins in error

My mistake, I'll suck it up and use my waiver wire position to get him back on Saturday

I'm happy with that. Allen was my 3rd round pick (35th overall) but he's been a disappointment all season. Only once going over 6 points all season. 3 of last 4 weeks he's been under 3 points. Luckily other WRs have performed OK

I drafted 3 RBs and all have been injured (1 of them on IR and the other for most of the season) so needed some depth there.

yeah i see it as a fair trade. Mckinnon seems to be the new starter in Minnesota but they arent a great team this year and hes a rookie so you never know what you might get.

Allen has likewise underperformed but could come good (if Royal drops off then hes the likely beneficiary)

so were both taking a gamble both have upside but both were surplus to requirements. With Murray and Tate I was never going to start mckinnon except for bye weeks and Allan was just a bye week guy for you too.

ouch. good thing you have waiver priority 1 but just to keep you honest so you dont try the ould double bluff followed by getting him as an FA and keeping your waiver spot ive put in a claim :D

I think he's started every week for me :(

He could easily become a stud again but I needed RBs so we've both changed our teams for the better IMO

Riding my luck the last few weeks my flawless campaign will come to an end tonight unless Sanders gets at least another 10-15 points to give me cushion over the Texans defense and hope the Texans sh1t the bed tomorrow.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 12,395 ✭✭✭✭mikemac1

    1st round - Peterson
    2nd round - Cruz
    3rd round - Spiller

Don't stop there fantasy gods, finish the job and wipe out my team ha

Was worried when Sanders got the opening TD but fell asleep then. Petrified to see 42 points on the board this morning. Luckily he only scored 10 points

I won't do the ****ty thing of dropping my DST just in case they get minus 6 points

But if they do I want to be rewarded handsomely by the fantasy gods!!

I deserve to be the bottom ranked team this year. I've lost 3 games because of player choices. Need to start getting my scoring players in the starting line up.

I have two proposed trades out at the moment. I'm looking to trade Vereen for a WR. Feel free to make me an offer.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,648 ✭✭✭kev_s88

just gonna ask the question. I had a trade accepted and within a day of offering the trade one of the included parties was put on IR for the season. I understand that what happens happens and its my own bad luck, but will this trade be let go through?

the trade was Alfred Morris and Jordan Matthews (me) for DeAndre Hopkins and CJ Spiller

This is not me asking for a reprieve for my own stupidity, just asking to get general opinion on the matter

Unless of course you get enough people to veto it. I voted against it

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,470 ✭✭✭✭Dodge

I voted against it too (1st time ever I think). It was definitely agreed after Spiller's injury

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,850 ✭✭✭Raoul

Guys, in bad need of a WR. I have the following up for trade:
    Travis Kelce
    Khiry Robinson
    Cordarelle Patterson
    Reggie Wayne
    Anthony Dixon

I would even consider trading Megatron if someone could give me a good deal.

C J Spiller was carted off the field in the early game on Sunday evening and I got notification of the trade on Monday morning.
It's not like Spiller got hurt in mid-week practice,he was carted off from the field for all to see.

Also Alfred Morris left the field injured too on Sunday so I was doubly cautious and checked lots of reports in case I was picking up an injured back.

As I said the trade will go through or unless as pointed out people veto it.

Not directing this at you kev_s88 just my general thought

It has become such annoyance of late that people are making "mistakes" on trades or not doing enough homework on the players before accepting. I by rule will reject a trade unless I am 100% I gain from it as in I need the players being offered. If its like for like or not in my eyes a need I say no. I also have times before just rejected trades because I haven't had the time to make sure its the right deal or check to see if there is a reason why someone is dumping players i.e injury.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,648 ✭✭✭kev_s88

As i said, im not here to petition people to veto the trade at all, and i fully accept if the trade goes through. At the time i put the trade offer in, i knew Spiller had been injured. however the reports i had seen had him coming back at some stage, as the talk was that he would not been placed on IR. If i had known he was gonna be out for the season, id like to think i wouldnt have put in a trade offer.

But like i said, im not asking for it to be rejected or overturned. There has been so much grief in other leagues about trying to have trades overturned and thats not what im looking for. I was just asking for opinions on the matter

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,470 ✭✭✭✭Dodge

FWIW I didn't think you were pleading or anything like that. I had already vetoed it before you posted.

    It's gone through now anyway

need bradshaw to get 6 points tonight for me to get my 3rd win.

It's been a very frustrating year for me so far. I feel it's one of the better teams I've put together but V. Davis and AJ Green are constantly injured, Julio Jones is being average. I should be winning more than I am :(
