Just finished Darksiders II (again) today. Was going to go for all the collectables, etc, but considering there's no find-all-treasures map i think it would be a mahoosive pain in the ring to try and find all those stone bit things... Fantastic game otherwise, if not a bit overloading with all the loot.

Completed Killzone Mercenary last night on the Vita partly as I was starting to play shadowfall remotely and the two control schemes varying slightly was bugging me.

Mercenary is beautiful when you look at it from a tech point of view. It's mechanics are tight but overall I'd say it's just another maybe above average due to the two points I just made FPS.

Shadowfall also beautiful and technically fairly tight other than the frame rate issues is striking me in the same way. Maybe a slightly above average FPS. Imo so much more potential being missed with this franchise.

Looking forward to getting my hand on Destiny at this stage. Hopefully it'll last me some time.

100% Game Completion too, although it would have been handy if I had noticed all Loot Chests weren't required to get that.

Got a good few down the past couple weeks, all very enjoyable;

Strike Suit Zero : Brought back memories of Colony Wars and wanting more space shooting action.

Super Time Force : Excellent and funny game that doesn't take itself too seriously.

D4 Dark Dreams Don't Die : Loved it, will not be for everyone though. My first taste of Swery gaming, I shall look into Deadly Premonition.

Destiny [PS4] - Completed the story and most of the strikes. Will keep playing Crucible and will do some raids when my friends catch up to lvl 20. It's a good game that was crippled by its own hype as well as a non-existant story. Gameplay gets a bit repetitive too quickly but I could see the franchise progressing well in the future.

And I played it when it was first released and again in the Mario All Stars package on the SNES. I have no memory of the later levels in World 8 at all. Certainly, no memory of the final battle with Bowser. Still a great game.

Adding: Super Metroid (WiiU VC) - What a game! I can't believe it took me this long to get around to it but it is as good as they say. Makes me appreciate what Prime did with the series even more. I'll go back to Prime Trilogy now. Nintendo needs a new entry in this series, both 2d and 3d.

I wasn't even aware the game had a multiplayer component. :pac:

Clocked FUSE last night. Probably wins the award for most mediocre game of the generation in my book.

On to Donkey Kong Country Returns now though. First World down and I've been grinning like an idiot for the entirety of my playtime.
