    Doesn't look good for Ramsey

Is this based on something new overnight? Am overseas so not sure if I'm missing anything.

Only official quote on it so far from Wales manager:

"He got a kick and there was a twist in his ankle,'' Coleman said of Ramsey's injury. "It was coming to the end of the game and it was pointless taking a risk with him.
"Hopefully he'll be okay for Arsenal at the weekend but we'll have to see what the next 24 to 48 hours hold.''

He away down for 8 minutes receiving treatment apparently, tried to continue but couldn't

I have him, but I'd love to see him out for a few weeks. Might inject a bit of variety into midfield, everyone seems to have Ramsey, Siggy, Fab and Sterling. That said, I'm on a wildcard so I wouldn't have to take a hit.

I watched the Wales game in full. Ramsey tried a stupid piece of trickery that wasn't needed at all, and he went over on his ankle from all the messing. I'm surprised Bale/Ramsey weren't taken off when wales took a 2-1 lead late on as there was no threat going forward from Andorra. Coleman's quote was ridicolous: "It was coming to the end of the game and it was pointless taking a risk with him." He was taken off in the 94th minute.

Only doubts for me are Costa and Jones so if at least one of them makes it, ill hold off on the WC for another week

Why would you even consider transferring out Ramsey or Costa?

    Ramsey - 2 goals from 3 games.

Costa - 4 goals from 3 games and the only reliable big striker at present!
I have jovetic costa ramsey and bojan I need somebody who will definitely start.

Yeah, he was poor all night (summed up by his free kick that went stright out of play) but what was he thinking trying to do two pirouettes in succession on a pitch like that ? crazy.

Ive Ramsey in my team and am kinda happy if he misses the weekend. Dont think he would have done much anyway against City plus a few of the guys i have on the bench have easier games, kind of makes it easier when you have less options.

Have to say that Ramsey is not playing all that well at the moment so he is certainly not nailed on in my team. There is a surplus of good premium midfielders this year so Ramsey's place is in doubt. I have bigger transfer concerns in my team at the moment but his form needs to improve if he is to remain in my team

I am strongly considering transferring out terry and upgrading Ramsey to Hazard over the next few weeks.

Walcott will be back soon, could be time to jump ship then.

There's a certain irony about my championing of Ramsey while the rest of the forum are doubting or have already ditched/rejected him.

What a difference a year makes :pac: Although I might just reign back my support a little over the coming weeks to further prove I'm learning from the fiasco of last season

Ramsey joins DeJong and Jovetic on my injury list.

Rooney needs to prove his value, lot of money with little return so far over what looked to be easy fixtures. Anyone thinking of a Balotelli punt, I already have Sterling

I know but with Costa doubtful and Aguero's history, nice to see him running around after the international break.

Aaron Ramsey plays down fears over his ankle injury with three sweet words - "I'll be alright"

FPL Tip - never believe the player about an injury, only the official club news.

I reckon there's a chance city will go with Dzeko up top with silva or Yaya in behind in either the arsenal or bayern game.

Anybody know what happens if your captain and vicecaptain both don't play ?

Is it assigned at random or what ?

Assigned to the next player by form, I think.

You get no captain pts if that happens.

    Nope, no captain

    Costa (C) Ramsey (V)

Might switch one of them in case

2 Yellow flag captains is far too risky. Pick a vice captain that you know will play

Aguero and Dummett or Dzeko and Ivanovic.. Any opinions?

The injured status is a bit missleading. Does it update on fantasy after the club update?

I heard before that Fantasy football scout update the yellow/red flags on the fpl site. Not sure how true it is but they do collaborate on other stuff on the site.

Dummett was dropped last day out so if you are on a wildcard you might want to consider other 4m heroes.
A fit Aguero is a great thing to have in your team, Ivanovic cannot continue his attacking form surely (or can he?) I'd go with Aguero and either Duff, Wisdom or Moore. I assume the 4m player won't see a lot of playing time but all of them have potentially good fixtures coming up and look settled in their teams.
