    You are correct. Its just the luck of the draw if it gets through or not.

    The small stuff like mp3 players or cables get through no problem.

    They have a good idea themselves what these items cost now.

    Not sure exactly what you are getting at here?

    Are you saying that if you get any customs fees importing into Ireland Gearbest will give you a Gift Card for their site that will be for the exact amount of Customs fees you will have to pay?

    Finally got my fibre broadband in so but before I order this, gonna try my Pi with XBMC this evening and Navi-X installed.

    Only thing is I'll have to connect using Homeplugs - but I'll see how it goes.

    I'm getting more sensible in my old age as I've a NAS box loaded with movies (etc.) and wouldn't use this for gaming and the like. So I'll see how well it works on the Pi.

    Put Xbian on my Raspberry Pi this evening - hooked in homeplugs, installed Navi-X and 1Channel and watched a live stream for a half hour. No buffering or any issues tbh!

    Can't warrant the spend on this at the moment so... a Sonos Play is on the cards first methinks.

    Not so exactly, they gave me a gift card after I ordered and it's one-off so, you know I can't show you . You can ask them about it on their web, guess I just help you guys here:P

    has anyone experienced this crashing when using XBMC? I have this issue when streaming something through an addon in XBMC - just kicks me back to the Minix home screen

    Having kinda the same trouble as you, when watching films/shows I get kicked out to the links page, after a few times going back into watch Minix reboots itself.

    Was told was told to uninstall Minix XBMC and install XBMC.

    Kodi is the new name for XBMC, rather a version of the OS.

    Can these boxs play BD ISO as well as DVD ISO.
    Also what about Dolby Digital HD and DTS HD pass through.

    Just got one of these boxes recently and cant seem to get Mobdro or showbox working properly at all. Mobdro keeps freezing all the time when watching certain stations and most of the time I cant get videos to load on showbox. Can get these apps working on my phone no problem but just keep having problems with the box, does anybody have advice on how these issues can be fixed? Would be greatly appreciated :D

    Do you need these apps now? Look at Vdub25 on the old tube and you won't need these apps imo.

    I found this a brilliant video tutorial. It allows you to install total installer on XBMC. Well done to him for explaining to us how to do it!

    Despite seeing the DTS HD logo on the ad for this box and being told by the seller that it would pass-through, it does not, and probably never will.

    Yes! When you install it you go to counties and then Ireland. I saw RTE listed.

    If its anything like the live streams I have seen, you wont want them. The quality is awful on a 50" TV.

    Was talking to a friend today and he says SPMC is better than XBMC. The guy who developed it used to work on XBMC and now this is a more stable Android version. They have ironed out some major bugs on it and it's runs better. There is no PC version of it yet as it's only available for Android on the Play Store. Has anybody tested it yet?
