I did one before going into third year for French :) it was amazing, such good craic :) really strict but it made me so optimistic and passionate about the language ! Friends and memories for life , too expensive though .

It was around 1100 or so but looking back it was well worth it :) because I was only jc level I did it in Limerick in a boarding school Elc had rented out :) it was so fun and worthwhile ... Like irish college but more fun and entertaining :) everyone was really motivated and the classes were brill because there were different classes per level. A small test is done at the beginning and end :) you'd love it

I went to the one in Clongowes and it was great craic. I had to travel pretty far though because I don't live in Dublin.

Why did you repeat or get held back?

I got into a really terrible class in first year in one school, the school in general was pretty rough so i decided to move schools and go back into first year to catch up/ because my best friend was repeating too :) my year is all pretty old though, I'm not the oldest one there :)

Thankfully not! Got a voucher for a free eye test yesterday at an agricultural show for Specsavers! I'd say I'll be needing glasses for reading in the near future! Spend so much time reading for leisure both online and in good old paper form!
