So you agree that suggestion is homophobic?

the link between homosexuality and paedophilia is not something I'd be anywhere near qualified to comment on,but my opinion is I doubt there is.now may I get your opinion on the question I asked you? third times a charm maybe;)

It is easier to hide abuse in a family setting. We know from cases it is often years after the abuse the abuser is exposed by the victim.

    So just ban adoptions then?

All kids with no parents should be just thrown into a septic tank?

So you're against all marriage then seeing as you view any potential marriage as a sham to get access to kids to abuse?

If you can read this, you're too close!

The stats show men are many many more times likely to abuse than a woman is.
The case is strong for woman/woman adoption, much weaker for men overall.

The stats may also show that people with black hair are more likely to abuse, should these people be banned from adopting as well?

Your falling guilty to many probabilistic fallacies using this argument.

You haven't answered any questions. You just keep going off topic by referring to how men will abuse kids, which has nothing to do with the upcoming SSM Referendum.

I'm not even going to bother responding to those posts of his anymore. He's already stated he is voting no, nothing will change his mind. Letting him spout this nonsense just convinces people on the fence that maybe they should vote no just in case. It's a strawman argument as the SSM outcome will have no bearing on the adoption laws anyway.

I actually think reading his posts would encourage people on the fence to vote Yes. Which is why I hope this thread and Robert KKs views gets read far and wide.

Thats not answering my question at all.

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

Alternatively, he could be triggering the "Westboro effect", in which fence-sitters vote yes in order to distance themselves from his loo-lah leaps of 'logic'.

Actually hopefully it would be the opposite and people would see the scurrilous nasty disgusting claims from the no side and be more motivated to vote yes.

I won't be out campaigning. The motion will pass or fail on its own merits.

Thats not answering my question at all.

your not a politician by any chance:pac:

to me I answered it but ok,i doubt, imho, there is a link between homosexuality and paedophilia so then to claim one is would be homophobic.

So it's a sliding scale with you.

2 men, no marriage,to protect the children.
2 women, marriage, maybe, children still not safe.
man woman, Marriage ok, still dodgy enough with the children.

If you really think they are scurrilous and nasty. I will post detailed cases of same sex marriage advocates and those who wanted SSM and where convictions have occurred.

Lol so you agree that RKKs posts were homophobic yet you accused me of throwing the word around lightly!

Funny how the homophobes only reveal themselves when a debate on same sex marriage occurs..

Any chance of a link here, Robert? I do believe you have a habit of making a pretty broad claim then disappearing.

The key thing here would be to post proof of direct links between these three groups and events.

    Otherwise, CT forum >>>>>

just to be clear, you have evidence to show that two heterosexual men married so they could subsequently adopt and molest children?

If it's the same guff he was spouting months ago, it'll turn out the the paedos weren't married and bought a child, faking the adoption.

So nothing to do with anything.

the word "homophobic" has been beaten to death already in this thread, including twice by your good self in this post.tell me,in your opinion is it possible for somebody to disapprove of gay marriage and not be "homophobic" also? if so then how?

I dont know is the answer to your question.

But they were men! Men cant be trusted around children. Im sure Robert did/will do what is best for his children and hand them over to 2 lesbians where the children are safest.

I think we should ban all men, just in case they abuse children. We can't risk it.

All men must report to their nearest cliff and proceed to jump off it.

Is there anything to be said for banning children, maybe?
