Surprised there has been no interest in Pantilimon, he was released today. Looked a solid back-up keeper when needed at City.

    Two words. Panty Lemon.

Not sure what it is but I don't like the sound of it.

Konoplyanka on whether he'd leave for Man Utd or stay at Dnipro should the choice arrive: "I'd most probably stay at Dnipro.

apparently he only wants to leave Dnipro for Liverpool. We really should just get him for 12m.

I see another potential Turan in the making here

Wahooo.... we have actually been linked with Remy instead of me just wishing!! C'mon Brendan, you know it makes sense!!! Arsenal linked too, prob make more sense for him to move there TBF. Anyways, he would be a savage signing.

Tiago Ilori scored the winning goal in a U21s qualifier against FYR Macedonia

Poor camera work, but the ball was in the air for a while so presumably he was onside.

    50M for Luiz.....Slide1235343423.jpg

If David Luiz is priced/valued at £50m in todays market we have been really being underestimating Luis Suarez sell on price.

But... but I thought he preferred United over us? And who could blame him?

Daily Mail said a few days ago that Marco Verratti could be sold to balance the books. I'd be all over him if that was the case, would slot right into our team at the base of midfield.

Could see a few other clubs showing their interest if it was known he's available. I think he'd be a good addition to any squad, wherever he might end up!

He's literally 20 times the player.

    So a billion.

I think The Rodgers should do a jpb at center back.

He is young, he has the physicallity. If he is not too expensive then he should be a good addition to the squad.

Yep I agree and the fee should be below the 8mil Cardiff paid.
He hopefully takes a similar course to Cahill when he moved from Bolton, but we all agree we need better CB to really push on, so I am hoping Caulker is not seen as that player.

Caulker,Lovren,Sakho and one of Agger and Skrtel would be a good CB group to have.

Take Lovern out of that and it's not really any better, and landing Lovern is a long long shot.

If rumours are true he has a release clause of 4m as Cardiff were relegated.

Speroni contract up at Palace too. Would be a very capable back up to Mignolet.

Vorm for 5m isn't looking so bright if pantilimon and speroni are available. Both good keepers though perhaps not willing to play second fiddle. They could both challenge Mignolet if Mignolet had a dip in form

Dont think pantilimon or speroni qualify as home grown for european competition - jones does. He'll not be replaced for a while yet

Southampton will have a lot of money but their 3 best players and possibly manager gone if Liverpool get Lallana and Lovren and Shaw moves as well

The statistic that stands out with Caulker is the fact that he has not made a single error leading to a goal all season. While that’s impressive enough if you’re playing for a top four team, to do it in a side that has been relegated is almost unheard of.

Easy to see why sakho fecked off with the kind if money psg are spending on centre backs
