If I could stop time?
What would I do?

Well... First off, With no moving light..
It wouldn't be able to bounce into your eye..
So you would be effectively blind.

Also, No travelling sound waves,
So you'd be deaf as well.

I would say that I'd be fumbling about the place,
but with the air and various gasses around us not affected by time... Any kind of movement would be a bit tricky.

Breathing would be ... difficult... to say the least,

All that said..
If you could somehow breath, and see, and hear, and move..

All atoms having stopped moving would probably mean that you could move through "solid" objects..
Then again, it's not like you would have a choice as to what "solid" objects you would move through, or when...
Floors, Ceilings, The Earth itself..

All in all..
If I could stop time.... I wouldn't.
