Nasty shower just passed there now. Looks like it's heading for con man and moy

Very soft in the north west. Out all morning with last of the cows calving - late calving is an annoyance. Thank you fodder crisis for that. Selling heifers today too to cover meal and rental land costs, takes the heart out of it to see three good heifers going to pay for rented land.

    Rain or drizzle here all
Morning and forecast for weekend isn't too good, regular showers or per longed rain.

I don't see much take up in the 10 day forecast on YR :(

If only 3 heifers would cover my rent bill id be delighted...

Btw its clearing here already, actually hasnt rained muck at all during week and seen a good few paddocks after been knocked and wrapped last few days.
Whats worse the year must be slipping on because I passed a lot of fields of WB which has headed out fairly well already.

Just looked at the rainfall weather models there for the next 24hrs and it looks like the middle wedge of the country south of a line from mayo to Louth and north of Clare to Wexford.

Looks like prolonged showers in that centrat belt west to East.

    Basically south of there,very few.
Though there will be scattered showers Kerry to Waterford and Ulster will be the dryest areas with many parts there seeing no rain or very little at all.

Light showers followed by clear spells, followed by sun, and repeat over again, oh and a bit of wind thrown in for good measure, all in all typical May weather

What part the country are u in? Pile of rain here in west cork since last Friday, maiden heifers inside here, only getting out for a few hrs a day, thinking of bringing calves back in today, they're melting since they went out. Cows doing a nice bit of damage as well

Don't mind Elle, she prays that much her god doesn't let it rain on her,
