Frozen veg is actually much better than "fresh" fruit/veg. Most of the fresh fruit/veg you see in the shop has probably been in storage for months.

Not everyone can wander down the road to select their veg.

Aye, they're easily accessed when living in Dublin city.

He's certainly not going to tell you everything.

Much better to grow you're own from scratch if you really want to know what you are eating.

    Good exercise too.

Don't be daft. The rainwater would be contaminated anyway. You seem awfully fond of taking things to extremes.

You would be surprised how close you are to a farm tbh.

Telling someone to buy/rent an allotment to grow their own veg because frozen veg is poison is taking things to extremes, yes. Frozen veg is grand, its not worth the 1000% extra effort for 5% more benefits.

    ok then. signing off now.

People will continue to spend fortunes on things like protein powder, supplements, pills for this and that and just ignore the massive amount of nutrients available to them in the form of fresh vegetables and good whole unprocessed food.

If someone isnt willing to go to a little effort for better food that will likely prolong their health and life then there isnt anything i can do about it

Buying or renting an allotment to grow your own food to avoid frozen veg is not a "little effort". Great for you if you do that, just don't be daft enough to think that people who aren't doing it will die at 30.

Imagine the war and murder thatd happen if everybody tried to grow their own food.
Theres not enough alotments for everybody. Itd cause widespread starvation.

I wasn't replying to anything you wrote, just a comment on fresh vs frozen fruit/veg

That is not a little effort. That is an extreme. By your logic, somebody on minimum wage living in an apartment is on a death sentence.
