    The plot is that Facekicker is the leader of a large gang of bad asses who go around messing with governments and causing general upheaval. They use boards.ie to communicate with each other. They can't be tracked or stopped and use boards as a recruiting ground.

    I'd like it to be a psyche thriller, something like Momento or Fight Club.


    Perhaps (not unlike fight club), a camera which follows the seemingly unrelated, or only minorly related stories of two characters. The first (A) - a real person, nerdy figure, works from home, mostly lonely. The second is the successful, funny, down with the ladies man.

    The second (B) doesn't actually exist, its just the fantasy of how the first portrays himself on boards. Half of B's life is directly made up by A and posted in various threads. So for instance if A talks about his job in a thread, he's making it up, that will be Bs job. The actually personality of B comes from how A posts. So A is a brilliant and witty poster, that makes B a brilliant and witty person. Even if A's jokes are just reposts, and his brilliance is just wikipedia, the way those jokes appear (naturally funny and beyond genius) are how B looks to the outside world.

    The story of the film is that through various things, beers nights, continuity errors in his posts, factual mistakes, B's story begins to unravel on boards. On film this will be reflected in his reality beginning to fall a bits, (like "glitches in the Matrix" or like when people begin to question why you're in the dream in "Inception") if you like. A in real life begins to track down the posters who are unravelling B's world and kill them in real life. Eventually leading A to murder B's love interest - who is of course his own love interest.

    My only problem is that I have horrifically negative stereotyped the exact person I am.

    Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Jonah Hill and that guy in the trenchcoat who plays Silent Bob in those stoner movies. They'd all have to be called.

    Maybe the prison mods could wear white face masks as in the film escape plan. Maybe too some boards movie could be set onboard a ship at sea. Maybe incorporate some elements from pirates of the carrabean.
