This is democracy. Majority wanted this government and government creates the law. Democracy , were 10 knackers have more votes that 1 PhD , and then those 10 idiots vote for promises on TV and create law that way...Hate democracy, a political system for idiots and morons... In Russia that 15 years old **** would have been beaten up and put to jail for 2 year , where she has to work to survive and pay for food and cell, but in democracy majority ( idiots ) protects ***** like 15y old idiot....

An awful lot of bollocks being written about on this thread about draconian punishments. It's like watching people recommending taking a sledgehammer to the sink to fix a leaky tap.

Is this a concise way of telling us she won't finish out a sentence?

No Its a concise way of saying there wont be a sentence

I'm just amazed there isn't a Scobee Point (yet)

Feck Ill probably get banned for that, but so what, On boards you can discuss a million things, but not a million and one

Have a few messy public executions, I guarantee it will discourage this type of behaviour.

Or keep going the way we are, blaming everyone but the scrot in question.

The focus always seems to be on the rights of the scrots and not the victims.

Id have this little bint publically flogged, wonder how quickly she would run out and reoffend.
well as we know executing people doesn't work, wouldn't mind flogging though

I'm very highly educated. I know words, i have the best words, nobody has better words then me.

Executing people does work, and if a person who sees an execution does exactly the same bad thing what executed person did , then that person is willing and ready to die, and basically want to die.

    Any suggestions yourself?

The deterrents already in place clearly don't affect the behaviour of those perpetrating such crimes.

A work camp, 12h shifts, heavy labour, building roads, cleaning cities etc, let them work for a year non stop so they can pay themselves for jail sentence, guards, cell, food etc, why should I pay for it, I did not do anything wrong... hard labour should sort most of people out..

It works, that's for sure. Yeah, in your opinion it's better to put them in hotels for our taxes or set them free ok, but I am different I would punish for crimes:)

That's your assumption? Yes spot on. 5 star preferably

Statisicits, not assumption. Yep, I would make them work ass off to pay for the cell food and guards, and you would just pay for them from our taxes...and re educate haha:D

    +1

It never ceases to amaze me how I get worried about getting penalty points for something,, etc., whilst these people don't care about anything, whilst benefiting from every angle!

Yes assumption. You assumed that I want to re-educate them and put them up in hotels. On what basis did you make that assumption? Could it be because I don't like the sound of the state sponsored brutality that you are advocating?

Russia is not a model I want to sign up to

    Bye

animals like criminals and rapist etc they fear nothing, so I would make them pay for what they did, that's all, you would pay for them in taxes because you cant look when animals and rapists get hurt in jail...you want to protect them... other wise you would have different opinion...BYE

I disagree, violence begets violence & brutality just creates brutal people.

I saw it in the army with brutal drill sergents, de-humanising someone doesn't achieve conformity, it exacerbates brutality & contempt.

I've saw it with my own brother...out of the 39 years he was alive, he spent 18 of them in prison, ended up a junkie with Hep C + HIV, OD'd on his first day of release after a 3 year sentence because he was institutionalised & just couldn't fit into normal society.

I don't have the answer, but I agree an answer needs to be found as certain levels of our society are in a state of chaos & disorder & it is only becoming worse.

It works, according to stats...In eastern europe there od 28% less youth voilence that in UK or Ireland, so it works. Bacisally criminals get exactly the same thing they did to others but with interest rate 200%. And if it does not work for the 1st, 2nd 3rd time with the same person, just kill the idiot, he will never learn in any way. Make sure first the pays for the bullet and healthy organs are taken to be given to good people who want to live good life.

MAKE THEM WORK 16H shifth hard labour, they will have no time and energy for drugs or messing around, only one thing they will want t the end of the shift is sleep, maybe small meal and shower if earned. That's all. Child rapists etc just bullet in the head.

Who decides who gets publicly flogged? What if she just kicked your one in the ribs a few times? Should she be flogged for that? What if she just slapped her in the face? Or just pushed her? Where do you draw the line?

Just do exactly the same thing to her what she did to oher person and problem solved. Just remember about interest rate of 200% so she will get the lesson once for good.
