    People keep going on about "we" should do this and this and this, even though they're not doing anything either. "We" don't allow it to go on, there is ineffective policing.

    We allow it to go on when it is not the number one priority for all politicians with the consequent prioritization of funding and planning and policy making to deal with it. Meet them on the doorstep with a tirade of abuse about their cowardice and lack of leadership.
