Mental health problems (not mine just to be clear)
The effect on family and friends trying to help those who don't realise they need help.

Deadlines and my inability to be productive unless I'm right up against them. It's going to be a long night :(

Sadly can't even blame the country folk. This was much closer to home. Have felt dodgy once or twice after it (you would think I would learn but it tastes so good :p ) but never been this bad.

Ran thru the park this morning, bottles, cans and rubbish all over the place. FFS what can't people use bins?

Worst hangover over. Stupid Spanish and their propensity for serving booze until 6 am. Long train journey, flight and drive home ahead of me today. Should get home by midnight then into work at 8am. /rant.

An insatiable appetite. Marathon training is going to have me bankrupt. I'll also be as fat as a pig once I'm finished if I don't watch myself.

From what your Missus has told me you spend quite a lot of time watching yourself :D;)

Yup. Was ranting in work earlier because CNN currently have a list of the top 50 most influential/inspirational leaders. Bono is #8. Jeff Bezos, CEO of Amazon, the company that has revolutionalised revelutionalised made such a big difference in online shopping, the e-book industry, etc, is lower than him in the list.

Arrrgh. Damn Garmin loosing the log for my 17+ mile run back from todays parkrun, but remembered the data for the parkrun. Now it looks like I only ran three miles today but my legs say otherwise. :(

That litter issue is getting so bad on the side roads, I was running a different route the other day on a really rural road and there was so many bags of rubbish dumped, it makes me sick.

Bring rubber gloves with you on your next run. Open the bag. Find an address on an envelope (I'm sure these people don't separate their paper waste from their general waste for recycling) and ring the guards. They're actually quite good for taking this stuff seriously.
Or do what my ma did in Kilkenny a few times and when you find the address, put the bag in the back of your car and bring it to their house and dump it in their front garden:)

I saw one of those IKEA big blue bags full of empty wine bottles that wasn't there yesterday. Just left on the side of the road. Pigs...

My mother did that once too! I rang the council and let them do the searching, it is such laziness though cause most of the stuff dumped is recyclable and there is a massive recycling place 2 miles from where the rubbish was:eek:

Bought a packet of McVities chocolate digestives..... Yay!
Turns out that they're dark chocolate instead of milk... Devastaded...

I'd do anything for a dark chocolate digestive:(

Rant: Disappointing granola. Granola is supposed to taste gorgeous, as good as chocolate usually in my experience. I bought a different brand to have a bowl as my 'treat' for the night. Now I have no treat as I can't eat this cr2p:( :(
