Why does his last game have to be so cringworthy?

Also people stopping in their car, beeping at me, asking for directions, thoroughly messing up any rhythm I had built up.

Seriously **** right off and get a GPS, or ask one of the people walking along the path.

The new European republic of Ireland where an event advertised for a noon start begins at 12:01 and is greeted with outrage from patrons. With this type of precision we will take over the world, until we get to Russia.

Listen, the Germans basically own us so we need to take on a German mentality ;)

Anyway it was standing around in the cold for a minute waiting for latecomers that annoyed people. They changed the start to avoid this so why wait, especially when it's cold and windy!

    Great run by the way.

Personally speaking I think that you are being a bit harsh. Obviously you're entitled to your opinion but personally I disagree ;)

If you're talking about race reports then I agree, some of the recent ones on here are worse than War and Peace...

Race organisers who deliberately measure a course short and say we were not supposed to notice.

I think the word deliberately might be a bit strong. They knew it was short and couldn't give a flying fcuk would probably be a bit more accurate!

Wen its wrong,it wrong ..but wen its right ,don't say its wrong so ur original bit where u said it was wrong will suit Ur opinion dat it was wrong even though its right...

    Bit of both I think.

A deliberate decision was made to not have an accurate course for either or both of the 5k and 10k yesterday and nobody gave a flying **** ! :)

For anyone wondering what the hell I am on about yesterday there was a 5k race and 10k race at same time with the 10k doing 2 laps. Considering the start and finish line were not in the same place (about 250m of a run around the end of furze rd and back onto chesterfield ave to cross the start line again) it was obvious right away that at least one of the routes was inaccurate. I asked an organiser about the obvious discrepancy and was told they had left the 5k route short but that the 10k was accurate. I actually think the 10k was long too tbh and they plonked the start line in the middle as such. I believe that the aware run before Christmas had a similar scenario but moved the start line between both races to adjust.

It really pisses me off. Whatever about a mistake being made measuring or a start line being placed in the wrong place etc where you can end up with an inaccurate course due to genuine error, to go out and make a decision to knowingly cut short or lengthen a course isn't on.

Doing a 10M race, paying 75$. Having only stewards at the 2/8M only water station. Getting lost twice and running long. Coming 2nd in a solo run (very low standard) and getting no prize.

Wall to wall horse racing, and the tedium hasn't even started yet.

I'm also very annoyed my home made chips stuck to the bottom of the tray and bashing the **** out of them in anger strangely didn't make it all better, only create a mash/chip hybrid.
