Didn't get it watching match. Should I reconsider letting out cows tomorrow?

Good day with sun and some clouds, you'd be forgiven for thinking it was ...., better not say anything in case another hurricane is on the way.

Compared to the storms, doom and gloom of recent weather today was rather a nice day here. Windy, and the odd nasty shower but otherwise a good day. Now, warm up a bit and start growing me some grass please!

Loads of grass here just need a few dry days. Lovely evening mild but no drying.

Not as much as I would like here, think I am too exposed. I notice on the lower part of the farm sheltered by the neighbours wood there's more grass than up higher. But they're too different divisions and one was closed slightly earlier than the other. Must give the place a proper walk around tomorrow if it's semi fit at all.

Weather wasn't as bad yesterday as they had said it would be, cows out again yesterday, going out again today. So far so good.

Very wet overnight in East Wicklow.
Decision to let cows out today delayed until later in the week. They'd come in brown and this is a dryish farm,

Nice morning but more heavy rain due this evening.

Bit of rain last night but nothing too bad. Week ahead don't look too bad considering what we went through recently

Some heavy showers around this morning, still can see some blue sky though, always a nice sight!

How are you not under water at this stage even with all those hills :D

    I'm tall.

    :D

Place is very wet and won't drain well like other land so it'll remain wet a good while yet. But, thankfully, we don't get flooded because you're either going uphill or downhill, and downhill leads to the sea so off out the water goes. There's small puddles of standing water here and there but when you've open drains five or ten feet either side of them what can ya do. Have to work with what I have ;)
