Interesting they're using 2 different types of markings - the bright orange / half battenberg ?

IMO the Hyundai i40 / Avensis tourer are virtually identical to look at, and the i30 / Corolla Auris are likewise. Evidently Hyundai did a big police-sales push to cover the British Isles ( knowing our lads will usually follow the UK practice !)

Hyundai i30's in action, as well as BMW's, Transit Crew cabs etc. Wonder does the DPG (red units) get much action - can't imagine there being that many diplomatic incidents to warrant a special unit. In regards to i30's v's BMW's in traffic, is there any great difference in response time

Cork Traffic Wardens new vehicle. Seems they get their vehicles from Renault, leased, and the current Renault dealer is also a BMW motorcycle dealer. Lucky wardens.

It's been bugging me :P why the GSOC have a silver/wine battenberg colour scheme - I presume it's not reflective so surely the logo on the door would be enough
