I would have voted different this being the case, not that it matters now.
Not being able to buy from unmanaged teams will have a negative effect on the game, but not for that reason....
Yes it helps keep clubs in their original condition for new managers to come in and take over, but on the flip side, what about the managers that are playing and are struggling to get players in? Un-managed is a good source for those managers and it will be gone shortly...
I don't want to get into the merits of on/off and all that as its been decided, I think it will become apparent fairly quickly that it does hold the GW back and I'd say good chance it will be off again season after next, just my hunch

I'd agree that there are merits to turning it on, and the vast majority did vote for it, although I think now that it is upon us some are getting cold feet!!!
But for sure go with it next season!!
