RTE lying by calling their ads for shows concerts etc "entertainment updates".

This is a lie, they are ads, commercial messages paid for by greedy capitalists to rake more money off a credulous and gullible public fro what is mostly rubbish.

I like your post but surely concerts provide some value for money for the music fans etc:confused:

People who won't go upstairs on Dublin Bus when there are loads of seats up there.

Now when people talk about their gender, they're talking about how they "emotionally feel" and not what their physical gender is. That's sex.

like that separation was necessary, using the word feel wasn't good enough

Like what was mentioned above RTE using taxpayers funds to advertise for their own shows on news segments

I hate people who drive in the wrong lane and then try to cut in to the correct lane after overtaking everybody using the correct lane

    They can die

Leave Honda 50s alone! Wonderful machines, totally indestructable.

Wouldn't blame them when the drivers just fly on ahead when you're only half way up the stairs. It's dangerous as f**k and I have almost fell back down countless times.

The smoking ban was a great idea and I'd be surprised to hear people, smokers included, say otherwise

The thick **** that poisoned my beloved tomcat with antifreeze last week and more or less hung themselves to me as the culprit. RIP Claude.

 Where? This is something that I always worry about because so many people seem to have an irrational hatred for cats  I'm so sorry :(

Dublin people who look down on country people.

Country people who look down on Dublin people - closely linked to the "anyone but Dublin" theme - ie; they want anyone but Dublin to win. Is it an insecurity or what?

Very long story short, we had Horizon tv with UPC. It was a nightmare experience and we couldn't get rid of it fast enough. After multiple problems with getting our account closed and getting rid of it we thought we were finally done. The account was closed a month ago. We have no equipment with them. We checked that our account read closed and had nothing owing on it. This morning my husband noticed they'd taken another months payment.

I'm so fcuking angry right now I could cheerfully throttle someone. Honestly, I'm not a violent woman but at this moment in time I can understand why people loose the plot and shoot someone:mad: Ho, fcuking HO

When there are 3 urinals in the male toilets and someone uses the middle one.

Nope, was one of the best things this country ever brought in. It's so strange going out in other countries and coming home reeking of fag smoke.

You would miss the mysterious look pubs had before the smoking ban though, like I understand it's a disgusting habit, but pubs seemed cooler when you couldn't see the end of the pub because of tobacco smoke wafting around the place.

I'd hate it more so if the pub was serving food and you can smell some manky ashtray or some auld fella smoking Major at the bar, would put me off the grub.

or smoking in restaurants, non smoking areas lol, yeah because smoke magically stopped wafting into an area deemed non smoking.

A person approached me the week the cat was poisoned and told me she was afraid of the cat. The reason being when she walked her dogs past our property her dogs would get upset at the sight of the cat. Of course I have no proof and this just might be a coincidence, but somehow I doubt it. I was so upset when I later found out that he had been poisoned, but that quickly turned to rage when I put two and two together. I've ran over a few scenarios in my head of what I'd like to do, but in reality there is feck all I can do. I certainly won't be getting a cat again with scum like that living nearby.

That is awful, I'm so sorry about your cat. We have 4 adult cats of our own, all indoor/outdoor, they have a cat flap. We're fostering a kitten and I'm not going to let her outdoors. I really wish our cats had all been indoor only before we got them, but they were all strays. I hope whoever adopts the kitten will keep her as an indoor only cat. We've some oddball fricking neighbours ourselves and it's always at the back of my mind that they could do something to them.
