Is that the way the reference BF works, I thought it was just a national average from back then! Mine is 3.67, where does that stack up with the rest of yas?

Just taking the 18/1000l per .1, assuming his reference was the same as mine, that 6% means 1 of his litres stings him for 1.42L of quota, 28cent * 1.42 is 39cent superlevy cost?

18/1000l per 0.1 is the rule for when you're below your base, it's 9/1000l per 0.1 when you're above your base.

http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2057105164 Hmmmm, of particular interest is this statement, god knows where he came up with this:
The price of milk at the farm gate is falling and is expected to fall 20-25% next year so cheaper milk will be more generally available next year.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,128 ✭✭✭jaymla627

Anyone banking on the 5c litre bonus for nov milk with glanbia, its proberly going to be only 3 cent due to amount of milk sent in november the million euro set-aside isnt going to cover a 5 cent bonus, and their not going to cover the differance

Do you not have a winter contract aswell?

The "band" is killing ye this year, milk price is just too high;);)

There are big changes a foot in the Glanbia liquid milk scene, it's just a pig of a business to make money in for anyone besides thesupermarket
