    I sincerely apologize for the photo quality. It was a combination of not knowing the flash was on/having the window up and and car coming up behind be, but here is a Canvas top Starlet, lol.

    Fine if you think it is overpriced but fcuk off why bother telling me? I know what I can get for it in the UK (which, when you add in the VRT rebate is a damn side more than I will get for it here)

    No one from the uk is going to come over here to buy a 535D though.

    Also some constructive criticism.

    No one cares why you are selling any car.

    I know the Curragh very well and i wouldn't drive any car i care about up by the old grave yard, the pictures are nice but off road pcis on car ads are a big turn off.

    'flew' through the NCT....

    The fair bit of cash my way line should go too, it implies you are either tight or looking for a **** box lol

    No but I would go over there to sell one. It's been done before and will be done again.
    The fair bit of cash is to reflect that I want the likes of a 4k rx8 in exchange.

    The rest is just personal opinion, to be fair. If it doesn't sell (I have two interested parties already, waiting forthe car to come back from the garage for a viewing) I will change the ad.

    Yea a few interior pics. It's not really overpriced.
    I wouldn't say why your selling it.
    I'd just list the cars you would swap it with. Let them ring first then talk about cash.
    It's just wasters that use the message option on donedeal anyway.

    Parked on grass in pics plus dodgy german plates.... bad impression already.

    As already said, I'd lose the "Flew NCT" bit, and reason for sale.

    I like the german plates but I couldn't give a fiddlers about them if they are obstructing a potential sale, so I will take new photos with them off at the weekend. (they were taken off for the NCT and I didn't put them back anyway :P )

    Personally I like german plates (once they're legal :pac:) and I'd have no problem leaving them on if it were up on BMW-driver for example. On the likes of donedeal though, any modification is another reason for someone to pass it up or form an opinion of how it's been treated/driven.

    I'd throw up a pic of service history/book & the keys as well. For whatever reason it's one of those things that seems reassuring in adverts.

    The majority of times i see a car on the roads with German plates these days they are driving like a flute, sad but true.The are getting more and more of a bad name which ruins it for the proper motoring enthusiast.

    I had the new car VRT'ed this morning. The guy said I could tax it straight away using the last 6 digits of the VIN number but it does not seem to be showing up on the motor tax site yet. I cant remember what I did last time but I vaguely remember it may take 24 hours before you can do it. Is that right?

    Here's one for you guys, thinking of getting hid's for the e60. I'm noticing Canbus being mentioned, what is it? Seems to be a type of system of some sort.

    HIDs are now included in the NCT, so you need headlamp washers (and technically auto levelling).

    Gimmie a shout if it turns out good, I've been after pure white H7's now for some time, might give this a go instead, or is it "bmw only" gear?

    4300k is factory xenon. Pure white is ~5k
