Commons is at his level moreso, its a poor premiership side that are tactically naive. He's not fast or strong enough against better opposition

Game over. Any time I see Biton I like the look of him. He could step straight in to Ledley's boots if Ledley doesn't sign a new contract.

Lenny in The Scotsman today says he wants to buy the striker he didn't get last summer in the January window, so that he'll be bedded in and hit the ground running for the CL qualifiers next summer.

He also says he is looking for a creative midfielder type and a left back. He's probably interested in Ryan Gauld, but might have missed the boat on him.

Gary Mackay-Steven is much better than McGeady and would cost less provided DUFC will sell him to us. No doubt we won't even put a bid in, he'll go to an English side for £500k and then to Prem team next year for £10m :rolleyes:

You're probably right on the first 2 but I doubt he'll go for anything like £6m as things stand.

The Bosman ruling doesnt apply to Russia as they arent in the EU. His price tag will remain at ~£6m+

I think Spartak will drop the price to get him out the door asap and off the wages.

Soft penalty but good to see Commons get a hat-trick and good to see Lennon make early changes to keep the pressure on.

Stokes deserves a goal and Balde could do with a run out
