I sent him my warmest regards and look forward to a North Korean City being represented here in A&R sometime soon.

It'd be good to have the pyongster back on board

    Why did he leave, again?

I think he has other things on his plate, I'm sure he might pop in again at some point.

    Feck!
I was wondering why Assassins Creed Revelations wouldn't let me access the original game, turns out the disk is from the platinum version, which didn't include it, I'll have to head back there and see if they'll exchange the disk for me, fingers crossed!

I wouldn't say that the first Assassin's Creed is dung.
It's slower than the other games but the characters and setting are really engaging. True the missions get repetitive but overall the game is not without merit.

I would call it dung. Great controls, looks great but there's no game there outside the same 3 (5 for the later version I think) missions. The assassinations are dull. You expect hitman and get railroaded into a bad linear missions. No story either, you miss nothing going in the second game. Thankfully the sequel showed there was potential and was a lesson in how important good game design is no matter how good the underlying mechanics are.

I though Altair developed well as a character throughout the game but in terms of the bigger picture I do give you that if one wanted to start fresh into the series then ACII is actually a better starting point.

Starting to get places with espgaluda too!I am a big fan of that game,

ESPGaluda is awesome once you get the hang of using the kakusei mode, the score goes insane once the screen gets cluttered with all that gold .
The last Boss is nasty bitch though !

When you switch to slowmo kakusei enemy's start pouring out huge streams of bullets, key is to use small bursts of fire and wait until they have a good stream to covert in gold before you kill em, the more bullets you harvest the higher the multiplier all the way up to 1000 points for each bullet .

I won't be parting with it, I like keeping the games that I purchase... very rarely sell them on. I am slowly getting through it but I've turned it off twice today already. The control scheme is just too different from the last few games. Also the running up walls thing really throws you off when you're not expecting it.

You also have to hold down a button to run faster. I'm playing it at this stage just to see the story but playing through it is starting to become a real chore...
