    Why is it taking so long to process their claim? Is it because they keep appealing a decision to send them back to their own country or what? If that's the case, then they can't really complain about being there for so long.

    I hear there was one case in the courts where a Ugandan man's solicitor said that his client "wanted to bring his children up in a fair society, with a stable democratic political system, and good public services" so the judge sent him back to Uganda...
