did he hold onto his ranch during his troubles or no?

Think they took land, house etc. Banks not after him any more, but they're still chasing his wife for money.

Anyway, back to the most urgent thing this week. Tickets for the hurling replay:cool:
Seem very scarce so far. Not too much sense of urgency about getting them.
What's the story with all you Clare and Cork folks?

was talking to the local ref a couple of days ago and he reckons there will loads available , a lot of folks are expecting a poor one sided match and not too happy about the 5.00 start either

Love it! Now if only it wasn't the early morning that I started.
I started with another guy who is head of line production, he was being taught what I learned yesterday, so yip, I was put in charge of teaching him.
And, somehow, I managed to be good at it.
Asked me how long I had been in the work........eh....a day.
    :o

walked by your place, but didn't go in either. I have no interest in slaughtering cattle that many miles away
