i dont no where to start so disappointed today this one is worse than last yrs,at least last yr we got beat out the gate by a better team.

we where 4 points up and one stage and the gears where staring to turn, then the dub goal, they got the goal when they neeed it and it finished us.
delighted for the minors but its a big step up to seniors for them if they get that far.
will we be back next yr its hard to see it at this stage.

Hole yer heads high! Ye did yourselves proud by playing hard and competing until the last kick of the game. No doubt ye will be back again!

It's disappointing no doubt. Sort of typical of a team looking to the make the breakthrough. It was a great chance for Mayo seeing as Dublin were not playing (or allowed to!) well for periods of the game. The Mayo defence was tight and hard working, I was disappointed by midfield, and the forwards not to score a point from play for 40 mins meant it was goin to be a struggle.
I felt overall the better team on the day won. Brogan again broke Mayo hearts, though in fits and starts. His man actually played well I thought.

Mayo keep coming back for more, hopefully the injection of a few quality minors will swing it for them in the coming years. I hope so anyway.

Well I've got myself a sexy new hard hat and overalls:D

Didn't expect to be on the killing floor though, poor cows. And then one went for me when I was closeing the gate to the chute. Didn't feel so sorry for them after that!

Also didn't expect to hear a big "WELL JAYUS WOULD YA LOOK AT WHAT THE CAT DRAGGED IN, HOWAYA KOVU" being roared at me from a lorry!:pac:

Seems to be the farming chit chat thread that's giving problems. Maybe it's that issue with threads getting towards 10,000 posts. God you farmers are a chatty group :D

We feel your pain down here. The similarities are striking though we don't get to anything like as many finals.
