I'm the same but I looked at them, I have the worst willpower in the world! The ones in the spoilers thread aren't too bad, a few short gifs. I just don't want to see cutscenes or the intro missions, random gameplay is fine for me. Not long to go now anyway!

the Life Invader website has been updated with Los Santos profiles. Not sure if the protags will have their own profiles but it shows you can 'Stalk' (instead of 'Like') profiles like Herr Kutz barbers to get your first hair cut free. Loads of pics as well.

Wonder what happens when you get arrested? In GTA 4 they just threw you outside, maybe this time a few days will pass in a cell like RDR??

Quick question. Not a big gamer. Will have to blow the dust off my 360 for this. But what's the story with actually buying this thing. If I rock up the local video game purveyor next Tuesday will I be able to get a copy or will I have to have pre-ordered it like five years ago or something?

Some places might be sold out due to pre-orders, but with the amount they have spent on development and marketing, I would assume there are plenty of copies to go round.

HMV would probably be a good bet on Tuesday anyway, since some of there stores are only re-opening now they shouldn't have too many pre-orders.

The crash dynamics won't be anything realistic, because realism would mean you'd be dead after 2 minutes of driving in GTA V.

I watched the spoiler videos (not really spoilers, admittedly). I only really seen the GIF versions (the videos seem to be taken down).

I have to say, I hate to admit it (and im surprised no one mentioned it), but the driving looks really, really bad. Theres a bit of footage of a sports car flying a long (stupidly fast) and it comes up behind a squad car that nudges into it, and they, very arcadely, scrape past each other and continue on as normal.

And the car is skidding left and right and all over the place. Looks really bad. Hopefully feel a bit better than it looks.

That is probably cinematic trickery to make it look all dramatic.

The actual gameplay video looks pretty cool, the Graphics are still going to be pretty good in terms of the size of the map etc but its what you can do is the exciting part

You can't really trust those comparison shots as the GTAV ones are promo shots and probably have not taken directly from a PS3 or Xbox.

How can you get Niko to stand like that in front of a car in normal gameplay?

I'd say both sets of shots took some "prepping".

Yes but as I said before the graphics will be better than GTA 4 and its the interaction and game play that 90% of the players are most looking forward to!

Any more on that amazon.de Xbox one/ps4 listing? Having box art is not something that can be dismissed so easily. I'd be really surprised if they don't have a next gen version lined up, especially given how easy it should be to port from pc.
