Nah I think perhaps he just means your living in the stone age by only getting GTA 4 now or something along those lines.

My advice to you would be to put GTA4 back in the box and pretend it didn't happen and just move swiftly along to number 5.

That's fine. If you're not too excited about GTA V now, you will eventually be looking to buy one sometime later this year or next year. Don't be heckling this guy for not buying GTA V as soon as possible.

I loved COD and have all of their games but I never bought their games within two months of release date. Everybody different!

Fair dues to you bud for still playing a nostalgic game. Enjoy it while you can!

In driver 3 if you drove past a cop at high speed or broke the lights when a cop was in distance of you, they'd give chase, and they were tough cops! Still good fun though

In real life if you play Driver 3 (or Driv-Three-er as it's known) the real cops come and beat the developers for crimes against humanity...

I genuinely attribute Driv-Three-er to my dislike of using KB+M for games. :pac:

Now, did I see mention of a topless lap dancing club?

Guess the thread asking people what they're going to do first in the game can now be closed...

    Full Summary
Rating Summary: In this open-world action game, players assume the role of three criminals whose storylines intersect within the fictional city of Los Santos. Players can switch between each character to follow his storyline, completing missions which often include criminal activities (e.g., stealing cars, executing heists, assassinating targets). Players use pistols, machine guns, sniper rifles, and explosives to kill various enemies (e.g., rival gang members); players also have the ability to shoot non-adversary civilians, though this may negatively affect players' progress as a penalty system triggers a broad police search. Blood-splatter effects occur frequently, and the game contains rare depictions of dismemberment. In one sequence, players are directed to use various instruments and means to extract information from a character; the sequence is intense and prolonged, and it involves some player interaction (i.e., responding to on-screen prompts).

The game includes depictions of sexual material/activity: implied fellatio and masturbation; various sex acts that the player's character procures from a prostitute—while no nudity is depicted in these sequences, various sexual moaning sounds can be heard. Nudity is present, however, primarily in two settings: a topless lap dance in a strip club and a location that includes male cult members with exposed genitalia in a non-sexual context.

Within the game, TV programs and radio ads contain instances of mature humor: myriad sex jokes; depictions of raw sewage and feces on a worker's body; a brief instance of necrophilia (no nudity is depicted).

Some sequences within the larger game allow players to use narcotics (e.g., smoking from a bong, lighting a marijuana joint); cocaine use is also depicted. Players' character can, at various times, consume alcohol and drive while under the influence. The words “f**k,” “c*nt,” and “n**ger” can be heard in the dialogue.
We're going to see a mickey in GTA5? I'm glad I pre ordered now. First thing I'm doing is joining that cult

That cult has got to be the Epsilon program. They talk about swinging on the Lazlow show in San Andreas I think and there's been screen shots of the Epsilon costume.

Rockstar Games have confirmed this evening that GTA V will be available as a day 1 digital download on the Playstation Network.

According to the Newswire post, you can pre-order now in North and Latin America, with European pre-orders open from this Friday.

As with the physical copies, pre-ordering will also give you the Atomic Blimp vehicle in-game. For an added bonus, there's an exclusive, free, PS3 theme available to download as well as 75% off vouncher for any Rockstar title.
Rockstar staff also commented within the Newswire to acknowledge why Xbox is missing. It's said that the Xbox Live Games on Demand service doesn't allow for pre-ordering or day 1 downloads, but it will be made available as soon as "permitted by Microsoft".

Can you imagine how slow the downloads will be that day?

I've decided that I'm looking forward to the online more than the single player. Assuming its as slick and seamless as it looks.

And just think, in SA they had CJ's pixelated dong in that gimp suit...

Now they'll be in GLORIOUS HD! :pac:

I wonder will they do the same as that game that had excellent boob-physics and emphasise their amazing dangle-effects. :P

We had c*ck in The Lost and Damned. Thomas Stubbs, the politician you do a few missions for.

I thought GTAV was supposed to give us something new, damnit! But instead we're getting the same old sh*te!

    *cancels pre-order*

With all this talk about September 17th, I wonder when the game will hit the net? I am suprised it hasn't already seeing as how it's only 27 days away. But when it does I aint going to look at anything GTA related on the net! :pac: Youtube will be flooded with videos. Especially ending videos.

Rockstar have been keeping a tight lid on everything so far, which good on them, but last thing I want is some 13yo spoiling it for me. lol.

I know the feeling, it is highly likely to leak at some stage. I'm going in to blackout about anything GTA related from September 1st (except this thread of course cos I trust you guys not to spoil it ;)).

Do that and you miss out on a very solid game game in GTA IV, an excellent game in TLAD and an okay game in TBOGT.

The driving is the only negative but you get used to it.
