He must be able to tap 'old money' - judging by the GK outside. WHO knew that existed or ever saw it before in all it's 50 years in Dublin

Here's a little 'gem' ( priced like one too )

Likewise, the reg was AZD / AZE I think  It was gone when i passed later at 4pm . Amazing, these gems 'hidden away', or perhaps the owners don't like kids pawing their motors at shows :mad:

........its AZE and it has been to several shows, most notably the one run by the Irish Jag club at Terenure. I believe it was originally white and its original owners son is on here regularly !

Also isn't that RR Corniche Convertible in fact a Bentley ?

BTW the mention of the HSR Chevettes, CCC, Dave Vizard et al has brought back some memories. There is an article in this/next months Classic & Sportscar about the restored/revived Big Bertha, and a YouTube link of a lap around Goodwood !

    Here you go !

Forgot that the local car clubs last meet of the summer was on this evening, just stumbled on it as it was breaking up. Only had the camera phone with me and the sun was low in the sky so sorry for the quality. Many of the cars there I have posted before so I hope I am only posting some that I haven't posted before.

There were 3 sold here new.
AZH 44, which, coincidentally is chassis number 44!

SZH 555, chassis number 87, lived in England for many years and was last heard of in Germany.

CZH 1, I'm unsure of the chassis number but as far as I know it now lives in New Zealand.

The one I saw was on ZV plates. It didn't look it was going anywhere soon and was no where near as clean as the one on the photo

Where did you see the 40 series cruiser ? I spotted one yesterday between Galway and Athlone heading east. Same color and all. There can't be many of them left now.

Last time I was around, this gem was hidden under a cover. Mate of mine send me shots of it today, as the cover has been removed the last few days.
