    Some one please post the Welbeck stats of last season and how he can never be a good striker.

    If he gets games as striker he will score goals along with his contribution all over the pitch. Such a good player to have in the 11.

    Always happy to be proven wrong about a player, and Welbeck set about proving me wrong today. Hopefully that gives him confidence, but he stills gets a mouthful from Moyes over the goal he was responsible for. The final goal was beautiful though.

    Really happy with that result.

    My 8,000th post is my first in this thread since Fergie retired. Not that you have to care or anything.

    Not the best performance but a win is what was needed. Was nervous for Moyes. Glad to see him get the win.

    Welbeck's goal was a thing of beauty.
