    It's an embarrassment for Utd in my opinion. Rooney was unable to play any part in pre season with Utd, suddenly fit for England. How Moyes expects people to believe the reason Rooney didn't play for Utd is down to injury is beyond me.

    Rooney may not be doing all that much but lets not forget that he is the type of player that needs a run of games to start getting to his best. Personally I'd be happy to see him finish the game and get the minutes under his belt.
